Our Lady of Fatima Chapel

On February 2003, Canon Allison accepted a gift of a statue of Our Lady of Fatima from the Pelosi family. The statue was installed and blessed during a special mass on 6th July 2003, the birthday of Rose La Piazza Pelosi, on the 50th year of her death by Canon Allison. We also remembered all those who have no-one to pray for them as they depend on the living church to pray for them.

The side chapel has since been dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima and offers parishioners a period of quiet reflection.

A petition box with prayer cards have been placed in the chapel, and every year these petitions are taken to one of Our Lady’s Shrines, either at Lourdes or Fatima.

Our Lady of Fatima said to the three children:
“I AM THE LADY OF THE ROSARY”
Please say the Rosary as often as possible.
